Rita Bridglall has worked at First National Bank for the past 31 years, spending 17 years of that in Port Shepstone. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree which she obtained through UNISA whilst working. She is currently completing a Masters in Business Leadership through UNISA.

Rita is the Area Commercial Manager, responsible for the Business sector in Pietermaritzburg. She thoroughly enjoys her job and especially networking. She is delighted to be a director of the PCB and aims to make a difference. She has a passion for leadership and would like to be a part-time leadership consultant when she retires so that she can share her leadership experiences with others.
